The use of the platform is for reasonable use only for the purpose of writing a book and not for other purposes. Agatha is authorized to terminate a customer's use of the platform at its sole discretion.

You must comply with all applicable laws, including copyright, defamation, privacy, and other legal requirements. You will be fully responsible for any legal or civil claims, penalties, or damages arising from your use of the platform.

The company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use of this platform. By agreeing to these terms, you commit to act exclusively through the platform and specifically to print books through Agatha only.

Prohibited Content

By signing this Agreement, you undertake not to upload, submit, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harmful, or in violation of any applicable law, including but not limited to intellectual property laws, privacy laws, and prohibitions against hate speech or harassment.

Any breach of this obligation is your sole responsibility. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of this clause.

Beta Version Notice

The platform is provided in a beta version. The Company's platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content or functionality. You acknowledge that your use of the platform may involve errors, omissions, or interruptions, and you accept all risks associated with such use. The Company shall not be liable for any discomfort, harm, or other consequences resulting from your use of the platform.

Platform Availability & Data Security

The Company undertakes reasonable efforts to maintain industry-standard data security and privacy measures but shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data.
